Ladies Luncheon
On Wed., May 12, Sister Therese and the fifth grade girls enjoyed a special "Ladies Luncheon" in the family room. The girls were encouraged to dress nicely, and each "lady" brought a food item to share. The food was delicious and everyone appeared to have a wonderful time. In the mean time, Mr. Reuter and the fifth grade boys enjoyed pizza as they watched the Minnesota Twins beat the Chicago White Sox. What a day to remember!

Fishing Trip
After a year of good times together, the kindergarteners and sixth graders end the year with a sunny and successful fishing trip to the Mill Pond!

John Ireland Students Sweep
2010 Regional Science Fair
Saturday morning, May 1st, eight students from John Ireland School, St. Peter attended the South Central/Southwest Minnesota Regional Science Fair at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Jade Reicks represented the third grade. Casey Osborne represented the fourth grade. Reid Reicks, Maggie Ringler, and Ali Sandquist, represented the fifth grade. Katie Sandquist, Nathaniel Wenner, and Rachel Weelborg represented the sixth grade.

Essay Contest
Andrew Baker, Joe Siebels, and Maggie Conlon recently won the Catholic Daughters Essay Contest! The theme this year was "The Joys of God Surround Us".
