JISC Meeting Minutes

April 12, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 11:36 a.m. Attendance was taken and no one was absent. The minutes were read and approved. The treasurer’s report was read and approved. There was no change.

Old Business

Posters will all be done and up on April 12th. Hannah’s mom and Katie and Ali’s mom will help serve the fruit and scoop the ice cream on April 23rd at 1:30 p.m. We will play the heart video on April 23rd. Mrs. Lynch will find patterns for the table tents for Twister Fridays.

New Business

The Kitchen sent a thank you letter.

We will sell candy on Grandparents’ Day. The fudge and toffee was donated by Sister Therese’s nephew Patrick from California.

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 11:56 a.m.
